Communications Capital Group, LLC announces completion of Debt Financing with Macquaire Bank

Atlanta, Georgia, September 20, 2011 - PRNewswire - Communications Capital Group, LLC (“CCG”), a leader in the wireless infrastructure investment sector and provider of financing alternatives to landlords of wireless telecommunication facilities, today announced the completion of a senior secured term loan facility with up to US$75 million of availability with Macquarie Corporate and Asset Finance, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Macquarie Bank Limited.

The facility will accelerate the growth of CCG, a portfolio company of New York-based Ulysses Management, LLC and Tenth Avenue Holdings, LLC, and support the funding of CCG’s acquisitions of cellular ground leases and other wireless infrastructure assets around the country.
