Founded in 2007, Communications Capital Group (CCG) is a wireless real estate investment company formed to build a select portfolio of cell site locations around the world and, at the same time, help provide landlords with a stable, liquid market for their wireless leases. As well capitalized investors, our approach to business is centered on honesty, transparency, and flexibility over the long term. Excellent relationships with the property owners whom we provide capital and the wireless carrier and tower company tenants whose leases we acquire all over the world are the hallmarks of our business.
For more than twenty years, our principals have originated and managed high quality portfolios for some of the largest domestic and international financial institutions in the world. Having been pioneers in the wireless lease aggregation business, we combine un-matched expertise in asset-backed finance and the wireless telecommunications industry. We have invested in, or financed, over $200 million in wireless real estate assets and over $3 billion in other asset classes. Throughout our careers, we have worked hard to represent the financial interests of both landlords and carriers to create value for our counterparties.
CCG is headquartered Atlanta, GA with offices in New York City and in regional locations across the US. CCG also leverages affiliate commercial real estate relationships to expand our reach to smaller US markets as well as an increasing number of international markets.
