Michael A. DeMita
Chief Executive Officer
For over twenty years, Mike has been involved with corporate finance, leasing, and investment banking. He has structured creative financial alternatives in numerous market sectors including the broadcast and telecommunications industries and managed or personally funded over $3 billion in senior, mezzanine, and equity investments. Prior to forming Communications Capital Group (ComCap), he was a principal and executive vice president of Corporate Acquisitions and Finance at Wireless Capital Partners where he developed acquisition and financial products for tower companies, utilities, and larger corporate entities. Mike was a managing director at Trinity Capital, LLC, a private equity and financial advisory services firm supporting clients that included Yum! Brands and the largest franchise restaurant companies in the country. Throughout his executive career, he has directed and managed the corporate initiatives and assets of public and Fortune 500 companies including EF Hutton, FMAC, AT&T Capital, and Chrysler Capital Corporation and served on the Board of Managers for a Goldman-Sachs finance joint-venture. Mike earned his BA from The John Hopkins University and MBA from NYU’s Stern School of Business. |

Jon L. Lober, Esq.
Senior Legal Counsel
Jon is Senior Legal Counsel for Communications Capital Group, LLC. He has significant legal experience in structured
commercial real estate finance, acquisitions and commercial closings. Prior to joining CCG in August 2007, Jon was Legal
Counsel to a Fortune 1000 corporation increasing the company’s national retail footprint by 25% through acquisitions and
new store development. Before serving as corporate counsel, Jon worked at a Midtown Atlanta commercial real estate law
firm focusing on commercial real estate finance, acquisitions and litigation. As a former prosecutor, Jon also has proven trial
experience. Jon received his law degree from the University of Florida where he also graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science. |

Jesse M. Wellner
Managing Director – New Business Development
At CCG Mr. Wellner is responsible for overseeing the firms’ origination platform and new business development while also working closely with the CEO and Managers on various capital markets and portfolio initiatives.
Since 1996, Mr. Wellner has been an entrepreneur and operator in several business sectors including Wireless Telecommunications infrastructure, Real Estate and Software and has executed transactions in excess of 300 million dollars in these asset classes. Mr. Wellner was a Principal and Founder of The Well Street Group (WSG), a holding company with interests in over 100,000 square feet of commercial and residential real estate, has acted as lead adviser on the conveyance of over 50 million dollars in domestic and international wireless communications towers and, while a Senior Director of Acquisitions for Unison Site Management, was responsible for the aggregation and purchase of wireless sites across the U.S.. Mr. Wellner sits on the board of various non-profit organizations including TigerRun, which raises money for wild tiger conservation through competitive involvement in endurance sports. Mr. Wellner is a graduate of The Investment Banking Institute in New York and received his B.S. in Political Science from the University of Arizona in 2000. |

John F. Gutowski
Chief Operating Officer
John has over twenty years of experience in commercial finance, credit, marketing, loan administration, and the management of underwriting, processing, documentation, and client servicing operations. He served as vice president and manager of the Asset-Backed Lending Division of GMAC Commercial Mortgage Corporation and was primarily responsible for the Franchise Servicing and Asset Management Group Operations. As a senior executive, John directed the underwriting and closing functions for the equipment finance and franchise mortgage lending side of the business unit. Throughout his career, he has established and implemented operational processes and procedures that substantially increased productivity and ensured quality control. John received his BS in Business Administration from Bryant College. |
